At Lunar Crest Notary, our $65 flat fee includes travel within Everett city limits and one notarization. Each additional notarization is $15, as allowed by Washington State law. For appointments outside Everett, travel is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip).

Online notarization allows you to complete notarial acts from anywhere in Washington using a secure, state-approved Remote Online Notarization (RON) platform. This service provides the same legal validity as an in-person notarization, giving you the convenience to connect from your home, office, or while traveling.
At Lunar Crest Notary, our fee for online notarization is $25 for the first notarization, plus a $10 technology and service fee (total $35). Each additional notarization during the same appointment is $20.
